Free quotes
Our quotes are always free. This is part of the customer service level we want. On the other hand, we only work on dimensioned drawing for custom projects after signing the quote. The technical sheets of our standard products can be found on our website and online shop. For a custom sink, we will detail in the quote the different dimensions of the sink but the production sketch will be made after the signed quote. Don't worry if the sketch doesn't suit you, we'll rework it according to your instructions.
Note : we do not move to take the dimensions and do not carry out the laying - on the other hand, we can depending on your locations recommend professionals to do the laying.
How long to get my quote
We respond to all requests even for one tile - see the article on minimum order quantities. On the other hand, we are very busy and our average response time is between 3 and 10 days. To give you an idea we made in 2021 3950 quotes, knowing that a quote needs on average 1 hour with a gap between 10 minutes to 3 hours (architect's sketch study)

We are here to help you in your choice but if you already have few knowledge about Burgundy limestones before the appointment, it allows to finetune together your project. For example, we offer about 15 different stones in flooring with 8 finishes and 14 possible formats.
Quote Information
Our quotes contain all the useful information for your project: description of the desired products by detailing the stones, packaging, delivery and additional products - completion time - payment terms - period of validity of the quote - general sales conditions.
