What are the packaging costs?
We charge packaging costs that correspond to the packaging (pallet, secure box, cover …) as well as the packing time by our teams. Our goal is to protect your order as much as possible which can be shipped anywhere in France or around the world.
Our secure crates used for sinks, basins, receivers are closed wooden crates on 4 sides. For paving, pavers, curbs, cutlery… these are Europe-type pallets that can be reinforced at square.
We do not earn money on this item but these packaging represent a cost, beyond the production of your stone cutting elements. We have chosen to distinguish on our quotes the production of stone elements, packaging and delivery.
