Our secure payment system from Crédit Agricole Banking Corporation
The secure payment chosen for our eshop and for the payment of deposits or balance invoices is "secure 3D" e-transactions from Crédit Agricole. Crédit Agricole is one of the leading banking corporations. The payment method offered in e-transactions is SSL secure payment.
This payment protocol is standard and recognized worldwide for the protection of data transmitted over the Internet. A "secure" payment means that transactions made on the Internet are protected against unauthorized interception and also against unauthorized modification and alteration of the original content of messages.

The process of a payment transaction from our website with e-transactions is carried out in 4 steps described below :
1. After filling your basket, you click on the proposed credit card payment method.
You will be automatically directed to Crédit Agricole's e-transactions payment server, which will then ask for your bank details in order to be able to apply for authorisation from your bank.
The data required for a payment are :
- Your valid Visa, Mastercard number
- The expiry date noted on your credit card The visual cryptogram (the last 3 digits of the number on the back of the card)
- Password to enter to validate the payment (password sent to your email address, or by phone or sms depending on your bank).
2. Upon receipt of the authorization response, e-transactions simultaneously sends a response to the server of the Comptoir des pierres shop as well as a receipt.
3. The e-transactions server sends the transaction for delivery to the bank (shop credit and debit of your account).
4. Exchanges between e-transactions and you (2 and 3) are encrypted and fully secure.
5. Only Crédit Agricole's e-transaction server knows your credit card number. We will not know your credit card number. If we need to establish a credit note, we will ask you for your IBAN
