The fittings, including the finishes are guaranteed for 6 years (excluding ceramic heads, connections, seals and wearing parts).
To maintain the durability and sealing of ceramic heads, it is imperative to properly purge the water inlet hoses (hot and cold) before installing your taps so that no dirt or residue scratch the head when opening or closing water.
If a scratch is made on the head the seal would no longer be guaranteed and you will have to change the damaged head.
A quality ceramic product is almost indestructible.
Because our fittings are not varnished, a patina is created over time and gives them a clean appearance.
