Setting up our wine bottle rack : methodology
Burgundy stone Wine Bottle Rack. As a manufacturer, we make single or more elaborate Wine Bottle Rack (racks with moldings). We have standardized models: 2, 4, 6 or 9 racks (directly orderable on our online store). But we also carry out custom works in terms of the number of lockers, the constraints of the reception room (cellar, living room...) : vaulted cellar, return of angles ... or in terms of design (personalized engraving...)
The prerequisite : plan and hard support
The installation is very simple by respecting only one prerequisite : it is necessary that the support is flat and hard. Your bottle racks cannot be installed directly on gravel. Either you already have a floor with a concrete slab or screed, or you must make a concrete footing at the location of the future location of the lockers. The thickness of the sole should be 10-12 cm minimum.
It is this prerequisite that allows the durability of the structure and also the ease of installation.

We send you a map of your bottle racks for each order (confer technical diagrams below). You just have to start with the basic elements and then climb the elements at your own pace (take your time). Each element should be fixed via 2 hazelnuts of white glues with the neighboring elements. In addition, we recommend attaching to the white glue the basic elements with the concrete support (similarly hazelnuts of glues will suffice). Position the glue well in the center of the elements so that there are no drips on the stone. There is no joint to make.
We recommend the white glue Bostik MSP 108 to apply with an extruder gun.
