We are manufacturers with 3 physical points of sale (Burgundy, Ile de France, PACA), which we call showrooms because we don’t have stocks. So you will not be able to pick up directly your order, that will be produced in the following weeks. Our website and online store also allow you to define your project autonomously – thanks to our explanations, pictures, samples shipping, advice by phone or video conferencing…
A desire to a direct relationship with our individual and professional customers
We have always appreciated the direct exchanges with our customers, whether they are individuals or professionals. Thus we have structured our human resources to be able to welcome you in a qualitative way on our various showrooms.
However, we always recommend to announce yourself because depending on the project an appointment can quickly last more than 1 hour. If there is already an appointment and no one else available, you will have to wait. It is therefore better to call us beforehand.
We have never responded to requests from DIY stores because we want to keep our soul as stonemasons and work on custom projects, rather than only making volume with a few big traders.
Thus, we will always be able to meet your demand, even if it is to replace 1 tile. There is no minimum order volume or amount.
We generate 25% of our turnover outside France (European Union, Switzerland, UK, Japan, United States, Canada…), and master with our logistics partners the shipping of our production. We are able to guide you through digital tools and samples shipping if needed.

The Desmarest Company, based in Picardy in Ressons-le-Long (02), are a reference for the sale of natural stone in their area. If you live nearby, do not hesitate to go there. They exhibit sinks, basins, fountains, wall claddings, pool coping stones, paving … from our workshop. We have a common human values with similar company sizes.
