The quality of the raw material is our daily battlehorse, as it is the guarantee of a production that will meet the highest standards. Thus, we rigorously control our stonesas we carry out an order. The first step is the cutting of the block into slabs, where defects can appear (mainly weaknesses related to geological layers). We eliminate non-compliant slabs.
Then, at the time of actual manufacturing (cutting, machining, and finishing), our teams are trained in our requirements to exclude if necessary tiles in the context of a flooring project or even the basin or sink entirely for this type of project.
The Burgundy limestone products we manufacture for you are subject to rigorous quality monitoring and control points throughout the manufacturing process. This starts with the creation of a detailed plan for any custom order, which will be validated (that is, signed) by you before production begins.
Before the shipment of your sink, basin, shower tray, kitchen countertop, etc., you will receive photos that allow you to validate the compliance of your order. We then ensure the proper receipt of your orders.
After your order, from its validation to delivery at your home or your chosen site, you benefit from tracking with a designated contact person and a direct phone number (03.73.27.07.10).
The goal is to be able to reach someone from our team who is closely involved with production and is therefore located in Burgundy at our workshop.
When you order a stone element (paving, sink, basin, coping, etc.) under Protected Geographical Indication, the final invoice includes traceability for your order. This traceability specifies the material as well as the block and slab numbers used for your order.
