What delivery time for our products in stock ?

Repackaging / preparation for shipment

All our products in stock are physically at our workshop in Comblanchien (21) in Burgundy. We try to have flooring and paving in stock at all times for your most urgent projects. This stock is on pallet but does not necessarily correspond to the number of m2 wanted for your project. Our desire is to be able to retail, we will never force you to buy full pallets of 30 m2 flooring when your need is 15 m2 for example.

This would allow us to go faster but would not correspond for us to our vision of trade.

So when we get your order of products in stock, we will have to allocate a stonemason to come and package your order. Concretely to prepare / repackage a pallet of 15 m2 from a pallet of 30 m2, it is necessary to take tile by tile to position them on a new pallet and then seal it.

It takes between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes, which was not planned in the production schedule of the week. It is therefore necessary to free up time amongst a large number of orders.

The same process happens for shipment of a sink or basin, although faster, it also requires time dedicated to the preparation of the secure palette.

So even if our products are in stock, it is necessary to let us a week for the packaging of your order.

Please note : we cannot deliver sinks, basins or shower trays available in our showrooms of Paris (75) and La Crau (83). Indeed, these are sales areas and we do not have the equipment to package or load a truck (no forklift).

The delivery of our limestones

Once the order is ready, we will charter a carrier that will take between 48 and 92 hours to deliver depending on your region. In order to save time, we advise you to pay for the entire order directly. This avoids asking you for the 50% balance before delivery, which can waste a little time.

Overall between repackaging and delivery, count 2 weeks between the validation of your order (signed quote and payment) and receipt. These indicative deadlines may fluctuate depending on the season and workload.

Some solutions can exist to save time: for example a pallet available with 15 sqm matching your project.
