The people we have on the phone are very kind and very friendly. The stone sink and the fittings are perfectly suitable and are of very good quality.
However, we are not at all satisfied with the delivery service. Indeed, we live in Pau but the sink had to go to our house in Haute-Vienne. We had agreed on a date with the delivery service but they did not take it into account and they brought it in when there was no one at home. So they took it back We’re refixing a date. On the day of the delivery, not seeing my sink arrived, I phone and there the carrier company tells me that my sink has left in the Yvelines (78) and not in Haute-Vienne (87). He had reversed the number.
I had come to collect my sink from Pau especially. So I wasn’t very happy. In addition, I was not thrilled that the sink rides like this several times for nothing.
We will send you pictures of our sink and fittings but they are actually stored in a room that is not completely finished and for now the electrician not coming, that slow down the project. As soon as everything is finished, we will gladly send pictures to you.
